The VARES Association was created as a voluntary union of representatives of Ukraine's electronic cigarette market with the aim of organizing the industry, ensuring transparent rules of operation, and protecting the interests of market participants. Registered as a non-governmental organization in the form of an association, it has become a platform for cooperation between business and state institutions and for shaping a responsible approach to the market.

We have been working in retail since 2012. Our main goal is to help people quit smoking by replacing it with a safer alternative: vaping. We support a legal and high-quality market, so we are regular participants and sponsors of most industry exhibitions and VapeExpo events in Ukraine. The purpose of the UBC is to unite the efforts of business associations to accelerate institutional reforms that will lead to economic freedom for citizens and businesses, reduce the shadow economy, improve the investment climate, increase GDP, and improve people's quality of life.
