The state is moving towards digitalization — that is a fact.
The Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine has launched a Telegram bot @STOP_Shadow_Bot
for reporting violations on the electronics market.

The idea is correct: fast, simple, without paper quests.
But there are two system things without which the tool will not take off:

Motivation - there are always fewer conscious citizens than in reports.
Transparency - a person does not see what happens to his signal further.

Without feedback, any bot runs the risk of remaining just a contact form.

That is why at VARES we are developing the Black Store Map — a tool that
